House Rules:
1. Is forbidden to smoke inside the house
2. Do not move around the rooms with inappropriate clothes
3. Always keep the environment peaceful
4. Physical and moral offenses, or even shouting matches will generate, for the tenant, a monetary fine in the value of 50 reais, and also de expulsion of the tenant along with the cancellation of the contract.
5. Avoid shouting and keep the environment calm/quiet
6. Avoid letting the house messy.
7. Visitors must be accompanied by residents
10. In order to maintain the harmony, loud noises are forbidden;
11. Visits will be allowed in a maximum of two people, until 22h and the tenant must notify the administration previously.
12. The portability or use of illegal drugs in the house will cancellate the contract immediately.
