HOUSE OPERATION

 

CAN I USE THE KITCHEN?

Yes, we only ask that you leave the kitchen clean after use.

 

THERE ARE SUITES?

Yes we have en suite rooms, are rooms 1, 7, 8, 9 and 10 (see availability).

 

CAN I SHARE WITH A FRIEND?

Yes, but an additional rate of 350 RS will be charged monthly.

 

There is a garage?

Yes, the value of the garage is paid separately (R $ 100.00 for motorcycles and R $ 300.00 for vehicles).

 

HAVE CABLE TV?
Yes, but it is paid separately, the value of cable TV in the room is $ 100.00 monthly. (allowed for contracts over 3 months).

 

CAN I WASH MY CLOTHES?

No, but you can ask to wash, we have laundry service (paid separately).

 

CAN I TAKE A GUEST TO SLEEP WITH ME ?

Yes, each tenant has 3 free nights rates to spend per month/ non-cumulative.

 

CAN I HAVE SOMEONE OVER?

Yes, family and friends up to two people maximum. In case the tenant will have more guests, a previous notification is needed.

 

CAN I USE THE POOL?

Yes, the opening hours of the pool is from 10h to 20h, after 20h will be charged a contractual fine.

 

Can I have/ make BBQ with friends?

Yes, up to four people. The use of the leisure area is allowed from 10h until 20h. After that period, a contractual fine will be charged. If the number of people exceed the rules, another fine will be charged. Please, keep the space clean after each use.

 

CAN I TAKE MY FURNITURE?

Yes, if it does not fit in the room we have another place in the house to store them.

 

 

 

FINANCIAL

 

HOW DO I RENT?
You must fill in an attached form on the site. After the file has been reviewed, we will send you a budget with the contract value. After booking paid in the amount of R $ 500.00, you will have up to 10 calendar days to make the change, otherwise you will have to make the payment again.
If the withdrawal occurs the guest loses the amount of the deposit deposited.

Note: the amount of the reservation will be discounted at the first monthly fee.

Yes, the amount is $ 500.00 and will be discounted at the last monthly.

 

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT METHODS?

 

1) Monthly Slip (reservation + deposit + monthly slips)

 

2) Postdated checks (reservation + deposit + remaining months check);

 

3) Credit Card (can be paid in up to 12x with interest charged by the carrier)

 

4) Cash for the entire period (10% discount) This payment option has no return if the guest gives up the rent.

 

 

 

CHECK-IN WILL NOT BE ALLOWED WITHOUT
PAYMENT OF RESERVATION.

 

DO I GET A RESERVATION BACK IF I GIVE UP RENTING?

No, the reservation serves to cover contracts and possible modifications of the room to be rented and attorney costs.

 

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN PAID RENTAL?
Light, water, wifi internet, bed and bath linen and room cleaning once a week.

Got a contract?

Yes

CAN CHECKS BE FROM ANOTHER PERSON?

Yes, only if they are family members, parents or siblings.

What if there is a waiver of the contract?

There will be a fine charged according to the initial budget.

 

If the cancellation occurs, the guest will
